Important: SELLPLUS LTD provides digital services (consultancy and web portal activities). No physical goods are sold and no shipping applies.

1. General

This policy provides baseline terms. Specific refund/cancellation terms may be defined in a signed agreement, proposal, or statement of work.

2. Consultancy services

Time-based consultancy already delivered is non-refundable. If you cancel before services start, any prepaid amount may be refunded minus non-recoverable costs (if applicable).

3. Project-based work

If a project is canceled mid-delivery, fees may be adjusted based on work completed and documented milestones. Any eligible refund (if any) will be calculated accordingly.

4. Retainers / subscriptions

Monthly retainers can be canceled with written notice according to the agreement terms. Charges for the current billing period may apply.
